Long overdue due with this review sorry guys!! We were hesitant because our little Frankie had only been groomed 3 times by a private groomer. She ended moving farther out not convenient for us. I had read the reviews some were not so great. Long story short Frankie had a great experience he did well and his groomer was awesome I totally forgot her name, she was in the front left side as you come in. Frankie is going to be 8 months tomorrow, she took her time with him and made him look nice. We showed her a picture and she matched it precisely. Making an appointment this Friday hope she is still there!! Also the lady in the front desk was very personable just nice to talk to great customer service.

They were fantastic. New to the area and needed a new fluff and puff for my pup Gretzky. Staff super friendly. The owner very helpful and also friendly. I called at 6 am expecting the appt to be the following week. They squeezed him in at 9 am the same day!! The grooming came out great!!! 6 Stars and we look forward to our next visit.

I’ve been taking my fur baby, Sunni to PAWSH, located at 8530 Warm Springs Rd # 104 89113 since 2017, and I can honestly say we’ve found more than just a groomer—we’ve found family. From day one, Jeanne her mom and her staff always treat Sunni like their own, and that level of care and love hasn’t changed in all these years.

Sunni actually looks forward to her grooming appointments, which says everything. She knows she’s not just getting pampered—she’s having a fun playdate with all her furry friends! It’s such a comfort knowing she’s in a place where she’s not only well taken care of, but genuinely happy and excited to be there.

The grooming is always top-notch, but it’s the warmth, consistency, and personal attention that really sets this place apart. Thank you for loving Sunni like we do and for always making her feel right at home. We are so grateful for you!
